At The Bodhitattva Store, we take great care in sourcing and preparing each product with spiritual integrity and devotion. Every item is sanctified, often time-bound to specific rituals and temple processes, which makes it unique and sacred.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the spiritual and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Ritual sanctity of the product being compromised once shipped
Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or if there’s a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@thebodhitattva.store
Kindly include:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and the damaged/missing item
- Description of the issue
We will assess each case and may offer a replacement if deemed appropriate.
